Kujawsko-Pomorskie Investors and Exporters Centre and the Polish Patent Office invite to a training for the entrepreneurs which is entitled How to protect industrial property within the European union and beyond.
This is a 5th informational meeting this year, organized by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Investors and Exporters Centre in cooperation with the Polish Patent Office.

For whom it is addressed
The seminar is addressed to the companies from differet branches interested in the protection of trademarks, industrial designs, inventions and utility models in the European Union and outside the Union.
The scope:
The experts from the Polish Patent Office will provide a wide range of information concerning the above mentioned subjects. They will discuss registration procedures and related differences in fees in the course of proceedings.
At the same time interesting case law, current practices and strategies for brand protection will be discussed. You will also have the opportunity to take free-of-charge individual consultations with the experts.
