Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster together with the Transfer Pricing Institute (ICT) invite to a free-of-charge industry seminar on changes in tax law regarding the obligation to report tax schemes (Mandatory Disclosure Rules).
Industry seminar is aimed at discussing the obligation to report MDR tax schemes introduced to the national legal order on January 1, 2019.
The seminar will discuss i.a. tax schedules (standardized tax scheme, cross-border tax scheme) and the entities obliged to provide the information about the tax schemes (promoter, supporter, beneficiary).
You will also get acquainted with the scope of data and the manner of transferring tax information to the Head of the cash register and the sanctions for the lack of reporting or incorrect reporting.
