The competition will be conducted as part of the Smart Growth Operational Program, Priority I - Support for conducting R & D works by enterprises, Measure 1.1 - R & D projects of enterprises, Sub-measure 1.1.1 - Industrial research and development carried out by enterprises.

As part of the competition, applications for the co-financing for industrial research and experimental development in the field of plastics may be submitted.

Companies, consortia of enterprises, as well as consortia of enterprises and scientific units may apply for the co-financing, but the enterprise must be a leader of the project. The co-financing level of projects depends on the type of work and company status and varies from 25% to 80%.

The call for proposals will be run from September 2 to November 15, 2019.
