The project "Mobile on the labour market – a vocational activation program for young people from the kujawsko-pomorskie region" realized as part of the Priority IV: Social innovation and transnational cooperation, Operations 4.2 Transnational Mobility Programs, Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development co-financed by the European Social Fund.
The aim of the project is to increase economic, social and educational activity of people within the NEET group, by participating in transnational mobility. In Poland the recruited participants will participate in training / vocational, language and personal competence courses. They will receive motivational and psychological support which is aimed to help them in escaping the disadvantage life situation and raise the awareness as to education and professional and personal development. Participants will take part in internships abroad (Czech Republic, Germany, Malta), during which they will acquire vocational, personal and social qualifications.

Results brought by the Project to the 44 participants from the NEET group: increase in the attractiveness on the labour market, increased professional experience and skills, increased motivation and awareness of the possibility to escape the threat of social exclusion, vocational, social and educational activation, establishing transnational cooperation and share experience in the area of work with people from the NEET group between the institutions from Poland, Germany, Malta and the Czech Republic.
Project implementation starts on 1 March 2016, and its completion is scheduled for 30 June 2017.
